Maya-Chahinez Oultache | CDNP Avocats

Maya-Chahinez Oultache primarily practices in disciplinary law and professional liability.

Before joining the team, she completed her articling at the Legal Affairs Department of the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), where she handled a high volume of cases related to labor standards. This experience allowed her to participate in conciliation and negotiation processes, as well as to represent parties before the Administrative Labour Tribunal and civil courts. There, she sharpened her listening skills, deepened her understanding of human issues, and enhanced her ability to navigate and defend complex legal rights
